Established in 2010, Apeejay Stya University is a private higher education institution located in the the rural setting of the large city of Gurgaon (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Haryana. Officially accredited/recognized by the University Grants Commission, India, Apeejay Stya University (ASU) is a coeducational higher education institution. Apeejay Stya University (ASU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Founders Scholarship
In remembrance of Dr. Stya Paul, the great visionary, philanthropist and freedom-fighter, the Apeejay Stya University offers the ‘Dr. Stya Paul Memorial Scholarship’.
Under this prestigious scholarship, the university offers 100 best scholastic achievers of the country the opportunity to pursue their studies and achieve their dreams at the Apeejay Stya University. These meritorious students are given 95% scholarship on the tuition fee on all Bachelor programmes*, and they only have to contribute a total of Rs. 10,000 per year on the tuition fee for each year of their degree.
Who is Eligible?
- All students who have appeared for their 10+2 examinations at the CBSE Board (or equivalent Board recognised by ASU) and have secured 90% and above aggregate
- Those who are awaiting their Board results this year (but have scored 90% aggregate in their Pre-Boards) can also apply
How to Apply?
Interested candidates are required to fill up the Scholarship Application Form along with the regular University Application Form. Both these forms can be filled online on the University’s website itself, or obtained from the University or Admissions’ Office.
Those who are awaiting their Board results and have applied for the scholarship and admission based on pre-board marks, will be offered provisional admission. In case a student fails to gain 90% aggregate in the Board examination, the Scholarship will be cancelled and the admission would be transferred to the general admission category.

Transport Facilities
ASU provides its students with transport facility from key pick-up points, including Gurgaon and Badarpur Metro Station. Those interested may contact the University office for the route and other details
Hostels
ASU provides affordable residential accommodation integrated within the campus to cultivate an environment conducive to research and promote dialogue among students, their peers, and faculty members. The ASU hostels are a perfect place to live away from home. Overlooking the green pastures, the two hostels can accommodate up to 155 boys and 105 girls. They offer single-or double- occupancy rooms depending on availability, student seniority and merit. The residential accommodations are coupled with all facilities, including:

- The ASU Library has a rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, CDs/ DVDs, e-journals, project reports, etc. The Library, with its vast collection of knowledge resources and innovative information services, plays an vital role for the academic community in their intellectual pursuits.
- ASU Library has a collection of over 45,000 books related to different fields like Engineering, Management, Biosciences, Pharma, Mass Communication, Design and allied subjects.
- Library is fully automated and the entire Library collection is made available through the Universityâs network. Users can access the online databases and also find out the real-time availability of library materials from their own systems.
