NEET 2017 Result

Candidates can check their NEET results through online process only. No score card will be sent to the candidates via offline mode. Candidates can view NEET Result 2017 from the official link (given above). The link will be provided above on the date of result declaration. The minimum NEET cut-off marks to qualify the NEET exam is 50% (For General category) & 40% (For reserved Category). Candidates can check the NEET answer key before the result declaration. The answer key helps the candidates to estimate the minimum score secured in the entrance exam. The answer key will be released in the second week of May 2017.

NEET Result Declaration Date

The NEET entrance exam will be organized through pen & paper mode. It may be conducted on 7th May 2017. After one month of the entrance test, the result will be declared. It will be announced on 8th June 2017. The counselling procedure will be started after the result declaration. The NEET 2017 Rank will be released before counselling start.

  • Click on the “Submit” button.

The National Eligibility and Entrance Test or NEET-UG is an entrance examination in India, for students who wish to study any graduate medical course (MBBS/ dental course (BDS) or postgraduate course (MD / MS) in government or private medical colleges in India.NEET-UG (Undergraduate), for MBBS and BDS courses, are conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). NEET-UG replaced the All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) and all individual MBBS exams conducted by states or colleges themselves in 2013. However, many colleges and institutes had taken a stay order and conducted private examinations for admission to their MBBS and BDS courses.

Undergraduate courses at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, Postgraduate Institute for Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh, Jawarharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research JIPMER are outside the NEET’s purview, as these institutes were set up by separate laws.
