1). On the other hand, on 18th July 2013, due to filing 115 petitions, this examination was cancelled because MCI could not interfere in the admission process of colleges.

In 2012, many states such as Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, West Bengal, and Tamil Nadu were against the concept of NEET because these states have their own rules and entrance exams for MBBS and BDS admission. As we know, NEET is a central exam that does not focus on admission to a particular state or university. Once the NEET announcement in 2012 had been taken place by the Medical Council of India, these states are completely against this amendment. 

3). At the time, when NEET was introduced to the students, syllabus variation is one of the big problems for the students. The syllabus of NEET MCI and the syllabus of state universities both are different. Till 201,6 NEET was conducted in English and Hindi Language but from 2017, students can also write the examination in the regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, and Gujarati. 

4). With the quashed of the Supreme Court of India, the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test on 18th July 2013, has become a single exam in India to get admission in MBBS, BDS, and Ayush Courses. CBSE was ready to conduct the AIPMT examination for medical courses on 4th May 2014, but after the decision of the Supreme Court, the whole plan was changed. 

5). NEET was also declared illegal again in 2013 but the constitutional value of the examination was reported on 11 April 2016 under the guidance of the 5-judge constitution bench.
