Set Your NEET NTA Password

3). Generate OTP on your mobile number.

Note Down Your Registration Number

Preview and Submit Details

2). Select all “Checkbox”

3). Click on Final Submit 

Upload Your Documents

1). This step is crucial for the students because they need to upload all required documents to complete the NEET application form.

2). You need to upload a scanned signature, photograph, 10th certificate.

3). Size of images must not exceed 200 KB and the Minimum Size is 10 KB.

1). Your photographs must be recent 

2). Photograph Size is 10KB to 200 KB 

3). Post Car Size Photograph Size (4” X6”) (Size: 50 kb to 300 kb)

Instruction for Signature in NEET Application Form

1). A candidate must add a full signature in current handwriting. 

2). Your signature must not be in capital letter 

3). Students can use white paper with Black Ink Pan for signature upload in NEET form.

The candidate should put his full signature in running handwriting [not in the capital letter] on white paper with a Black Ink pen and scan for uploading.

Instruction for Left-Hand Thumb Impression

1). Left-hand thumb impression is also part of NEET scanned documents.

2). A candidate must upload a left-hand thumb impression on white paper with Blue Ink.

3). Scan the signature and upload 

4). Left-hand thumb impression scan document size must be between 10Kb to 50 KB. 

Online Fee Payment

Once you complete the NEET Application form with all required details and upload documents then you need to go for the option of fee payment. Submit your application fee online by using a debit card, credit card, UPI, or NET banking. 

Get a Printout of Confirmation Page

Once you add all this information then take a printout of the confirmation page about fee payment and your application form.
