KLEU AIET 2018: Application form, Eligibility criteria, Syllabus, Exam pattern

       KLEU AIET 2018 (KLE University All India Entrance Test) is a university level exam conducted every year for admitting aspirants into B. Pharm programs offered by the institute. It will be conducted in the 2nd week of June 2018. Candidates can see the updated notifications as also download the prospectus from the official website http://www.kleuniversity.edu.in.

  • The registration for KLEU AIET 2018 will begin in the month of May 2018.
  • Application forms can only be filled by the online mode. Interested students will be required to enter general details about themselves and their educational qualifications in order to apply for the exam.
  • KLEU AIET 2018 will be conducted in the offline mode.
  • The exam will comprise 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs) divided equally between 4 sections- Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
  • Each question will carry +1 mark; the total obtainable marks are 200.
  • The results for KLEU AIET 2018 test will be declared within 2 weeks of conducting the exam. Students can expect the results by the 4th week of June 2018.

Aspirants who qualify the exam will then have to attend the further admission rounds as per the schedule uploaded by KLE University, Belagavi.

 KLEU AIET Admit Card

The admit card for KLEU AIET is provided online to the candidates appearing for the KLEU AIET. The admit card is accessed by the candidates on the KLEU AIET portal. The admit card for MD was issued via online mode from the first week of May 2018 until the second week of June 2018.

The candidates can download the admit card from the official website of the KLEU AIET. The admit card will not be sent via post to any of the appearing candidates. The admit card of KLEU AIET will contain following details like candidates name, date of birth, photo, signature, exam center and roll number.

The candidates are advised to take print out of the admit card and take this admit card with themselves on the exam center. None of the candidates are allowed to enter the examination hall without admit card. Also, all the candidates are informed to take their original as well as the photocopy of their ID proof along with admit card.

 KLEU AIET Application forms

KLEU AIET application form is available in online mode. The University appoints authorities to conduct the centralized online counseling for the academic session of KLEU AIET 2018-19. All the applicants are required to fill the form in order to appear for KLEU AIET courses.

The admission form or application form for KLEU AIET is available from the second week of May 2018 until the first week of June 2018. The application fees can be paid by the candidate via online mode. Here are few points about KLEU AIET application form:

  • Candidates who want to apply for KLEU AIET 2018 exam are required to apply only through the online process.
  • The KLEU AIET 2018 Application Form was available from the second week of May to the first week of June 2018.
  • Candidates can fill and submit the application form through the official site of KLEU AIET.
  • After submitting the application form, no changes will be entertained.
  • The fee payment was made only through debit/ credit card or net banking.
 The candidates who belong to BRD and KTC  category will need to attach all the required documents with the online application form or acknowledgment. All the candidates are informed that the candidates should keep the print out of the application form for the future reference.  KLEU AIET Application fees

Once the candidate is done with filling the form online the next step is to pay the application fees. All the candidates will have to pay Rs.1000/- for appearing in KLEU AIET. Different categories have fees for the application form of KLEU AIET.

The payment mode is only online and Online payment can be done through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card. The fees is non-refundable.

 

KLEU AIET Eligibility Criteria

There is certain rules or conditions set by the official authority of the KLEU AIET authorities which an applicant needs to satisfy to appear for the KLEU AIET. The applicants can look for all the eligibility criteria one needs to satisfy and should contain all the documents proving that applicants satisfying those criteria.

    • Candidate minimum age should be 17 years on or before 31st December 2018.
    • Appearing candidates can also apply.
    • For reserved category candidates, 5% relaxation in minimum eligibility criteria.

    B.Pharm Pass 10+2 Exam with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subject along with one of the given subject: Mathematics/Computer Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational/ PC & Electronics Subject.

Reservation: The candidates are also provided with the reservation. The reservation is provided to the candidate those who fall in the category and may have the concession. For the details, the candidate can also check the official website of KLEU AIET.

Reservation for KLEU AIET

The reservation for the candidates who are from different categories has different rules set by KLEU AIET. The rules and regulations are defined by the KLEU AIET. All the candidates must strictly follow the rules defined by the KLEU AIET for PG courses.

NOTE: The candidate should note that the in-case of any discrepancy the candidate’s admission will be canceled and the seat will not be given to the candidate instead will be allotted to any other candidate.

 KLEU AIET Result

KLEU AIET Result 2018 for PG courses.  The result will be announced online on the official portal of KLEU AIET. The result is declared in the third week of June 2018. The result will consist of the merit list on the basis of marks of the candidates. The candidates will be called on the basis of merit list for the counseling. The KLEU AIET authority releases result for different courses provided by the university.

Applicants should download the result and should preserve the score till the admission procedure is complete for further use in KLEU AIET.

 KLEU AIET Counselling

The applicants scored marks, which are above the cutoff, are eligible for the admission procedure in the  KLEU AIET and after that counseling procedure starts. The list will be released for the candidates who get selected for the admission procedure. The first counseling for various courses will be held in the month of July 2018 and the second counseling will be held in the month of July only followed by the first counseling. The open and final counseling will be conducted in the last week of July 2018. The counseling will be conducted via offline mode.

The counseling is done on the basis of rank provided to the candidate. The counseling will be on the basis of category (UP/INST/OBC/SC/ST/OPH) rank and not on the basis of overall rank. When the candidates are called for the counseling procedure the candidates have to take original documents with them. The documents will go through the verification process by the authorities.

After the verification process, the candidate must be found medically fit by the authority of the KLEU AIET. After the successful tests, the candidate can appear for the admission in the KLEU AIET. It is important for the candidate to be present physically for the counseling and if the candidates fail to be present on the day of the counseling than the candidate’s seat will be canceled.

The seats are allotted purely on the basis of marks secured in the entrance exam and merit list prepared on that marks.

 KLEU AIET Exam Pattern

Different academic courses have different exam pattern offered by the Institute. The MD/MS entrance exam will be based on OMR examination. The KLEU AIET will be conducted in the third week of May 2018. The exam will be in online mode. The duration for the examination of KLEU AIET will be for 3 hours. There will be the total of 250 questions which will be multiple choice questions (objective based). The MBBS Examination will be standard for the entrance examination. The candidate will be awarded 4 marks for the correct answer and one mark will be deducted for incorrect.

  • Language: The exam was conducted in English medium.
  • No. of Questions: The question paper contained 250 multiple choice questions.
  • Mode of Exam: The exam was organized through CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. The mode will be online.
  • Negative Marking: There is negative marking in this exam. 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
  • Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be awarded for each correct response.

 KLEU AIET Syllabus

The official website will consist of the detailed syllabus for KLEU AIET. The University will release notification for candidates appearing for the PG courses that are the official syllabus. The Institute will release the updated syllabus as soon as released by the officials.
