BCECE 2018 (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) is a state level entrance examination through which candidates can get admission in Engineering, Pharmacy and Agriculture programmes in various institutions of Bihar state. This entrance is conducted in two different stages (Stage 1 and Stage 2). Candidates need to qualify Stage 1 in order to move to the second Stage 2. Steps in the BCECE 2018 Counselling procedure
First step involves ‘Registration’. Candidates have to register for BCECE 2018 Counselling session. Registration involves filling the details like candidate’s name, father’s name, DOB, BCECE 2018 roll number, mobile number, address etc.
Filling of Choices
For filling the choices, candidates will be required to login by using roll number and password. After successful login, candidates have to fill and lock their choices. Candidates can take the printout of locked choices for further reference.
Provisional Seat Allotment
After filling and locking the choices, students can download the provisional allotment letter by again logging into the account. Now, candidates have to report to the allotted counselling venue along with the provisional allotment letter for handwriting verification. The counselling venue will be mentioned in the allotment letter.
Candidate’s handwriting will be verified prior final seat allotment. Handwriting verification is schedule just to ensure that right candidate is appearing in counselling.
Final Seat Allotment
Candidate’s can now check and download their final allotment letter. Final allotment letter can be downloaded by the students by login their account. Candidates have to report to the specified counselling venue for document verification and other formalities of admission process.
