NEET PG 2018 Counselling

A merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in the NEET PG examination. The merit list will be categorized into, i.e. All India NEET PG 2018 rank, All India 50% quota rank, All India 50% quota category rank and State quota/ Private medical colleges rank. Candidates can participate in the counselling process according to their rank. In the counselling process, candidates have to fill their choices of colleges and courses. NEET PG Counselling 2018: Procedure

Step 1: Registration

  • Visit the official web portal of MCC.
  • Click the button “Candidate Login NEW”.
  • Provide the Testing ID, Application Number/ Confirmation Number, candidate’s name, date of birth, Roll Number, and Mother’s Name.
  • Verify their identity by entering the password and security question.
  • Now hit the final “Submit Column” for registration.

Step 2: Exercising Options

  • Now fill and lock the choices according to the preference.
  • Click the “Choice Available” and thereafter choose the preferences.
  • Candidates will find the selected preferences get shifted to the right side of the screen.
  • Now click the “Save & Continue” button.

Step 3: Process of Mock Seat Allotment

  • Candidates will be allocated an indicative seat through which they can collect information regarding their probable seat, in prior of the final seat allotment procedure.
  • Suppose, no seat has been allocated it means you are not eligible to get a seat.

Step 4: Locking of Choices

  • Lock your filled choices otherwise, you won’t be considered for seat allocation procedure.
  • Please, take the hard copy of your locked choices.
  • Seats once locked won’t be interchanged.

Step 5: Final Seat Allotment Process

  • Candidate will be allocated a final seat in a college or an institute, after successful completion of all aforesaid processes.
  • He/She will receive allotment letter for allocation of a final seat.

Step 6: Report at your Allocated Institute

  • Candidates need to report at the allocated center on the intimated date along with allotment letter and other documents.
  • It is necessary to report at the allocated institute, otherwise, you won’t be considered for admission.
